Website enquiries

When you contact Transvilla through this website, we store the details you provide—including your name, contact details, product interest and message—in our customer relationship management system so our team can respond and manage your enquiry.

Newsletter choice

We record whether you actively choose to receive product news and project updates. Leaving the newsletter box unticked does not affect your enquiry.

Website analytics

We collect basic visit information such as the page viewed, referring website, device type, network IP address, and an approximate city, region or country when available. IP-based location is approximate and does not identify a visitor's street address.

Access and security

Customer information is accessible only to authorised Transvilla CRM users. Sales users can see only customers assigned to them, while administrators can manage the wider customer pipeline.
